If East side Kings had a baby with Pho Tai Son this is the offspring. Fresh, cooked perfectly and the chef is attentive to details! Plus it's clean inside!

This place is an absolute gem. The owner/chef is so dedicated and talented. When you walk in, the smell is incredible. I love the noodle bowl with pork shoulder. The flavors are just delicious. The noodles and produce are fresh, and it comes with egg rolls that are soooo good. The bahn mi are also delicious! My husband gets either the chicken and the pork usually, and they are both awesome. It is a nondescript building and kind of a hole in the wall, but is 100% worth the drop in to check it out. The staff are helpful and kind, and it's very clear that they care about their food. I have never had a bad experience here in the 7+ times we have been, and it's probably our favorite Vietnamese food in north Austin/Round Rock/Georgetown.

Have you ever had a truly thickly cut fatty brisket pho? The owner, Mr. Bui puts the emphasis on the meat portions, so his pho has real thick cuts of fatty beef brisket and the pork belly spills out of the banh mi sandwiches. The B's Kitchen is underrated because it has been a one man show for so long. From the humble food truck in South Austin, cloud kitchen in Cedar Park, and now a beautiful but quaint store front right in the edge of Austin. He's been thru ups and downs including his food truck being burglarized and understaffing issues but the grassroot story makes it inspiring. Do support Mr. Bui. IYKYK, anyone remembers his bread back then? It was my favorite despite it being untraditional. The bread maker unfortunately had to move back to Mexico. However the meat stayed deliciously same, just with a more traditional bread now. The pho I thought was bold and spiced well balanced. The meat cuts are untraditional but I'm not sure if I can go back to thinly sliced anymore having tried this

Solid Vietnamese food and a lot of it. Got takeout the other night and was pretty impressed by our order. I know they're famous for banh mi but saw the bun thit nurong and had chose to get that since it's a new year and trying to be a little healthier. Massive to go box of charred pork, vermicelli noodles, and salad. The pork had good flavor, the fish sauce that came with it ties it all together and they even given you roasted peanuts to throw on yourself. Ended up eating it over two meals since I barely made a dent at dinner. The pork eggrolls that came with it are also delectable - no grease, super crisp and well seasoned pork. Can't wait to come back to try the sandos!

I still love this place. I still think their food is very tasty but after eating here 10x I there are a few things I wish were different. -They don't give you enough noodles either the pho. We usually add extra noodles because the broth to noodle ratio (in take out orders at least) isn't enough. - Their crispy rolls are very small. They're good so we always get them, but they are 2 biters at best. When you order a bun bowl, (pork and egg rolls) you receive a ton of crispy rolls, ironically. I do truly enjoy their food.

B's Kitchen Vietnamese Cuisine has excellent flavors! I found my new favorite bahn mi place! I also ordered the beef rice noodles which was also excellent. Owner and chef Jimmy is a friendly hardworking guy. I will be back. Thanks B's Kitchen!!

Absolutely obsessed with the pork belly sandwich! So tender and delicious. I definitely like it more than the pork shoulder as it was fattier and had more flavor. Banh mi was crunchy. More mayo and an addition of pate would've been more perfect. I liked that they got creative and also had non-traditional banh mis here. Great service! Our cashier was so friendly, he walked out from behind the counter and hand-delivered these to us. Low key ambiance, you can dine in but also convenient to do takeout as well. Good amount of parking spaces outside. Highly recommend!

Came in on a Saturday afternoon and the restaurant wasn't busy. Located in a strip mall on Anderson Mill, the place is very clean and ordering is easy. The food was really good and the service is very friendly! You order at the counter so it's convenient. Here's what I had. Beef brisket pho- Packed with brisket and meatball, this was super good! I like that they serve it in a to-go bowl if you want to take it home. The broth had great flavor and the noodles were good too. Pork belly bhan mi- Suuuper good! It's a simple sandwich but the pork belly is delicious and the bread is crunchy and fresh! Shrimp spring roll- Good, about what you'd expect.
